Galaxy Z
I'm using a Flip5 and started having problems with esims.
First, I couldn't remove an expired esim I had installed for a previous trip. After I click remove, it just loads indefinitely. Until I close the settings app, and then I get an error message saying "An error occurred. Please try again later."
I then tried removing my physical SIM before removing this expired esim, but the same thing happens.
Additionally, I'm unable to add new esims too. The Add new esim button also loads indefinitely, then gives an error message similar to when I try to remove esim.
When I scan QR code, it takes me to the "Choose how to add new esim" page (QR code or search for new esims), I click QR code, scan the code and it takes me back to the same page on infinite loop.
Sometimes it will also take me to the "Preparing for mobile connection" page instead, but that also loads indefinitely.
When I removed physical SIM then scan the esim qr code, it doesn't work either. It'll give me an error message saying "Couldn't connect to SIM. Please try again later".
So now I'm unable to remove my expired travel esim, and also unable to add new esim. I've tried restarting my phone, clearing cache, resetting network settings, the remove all esims option. None of it works.
Anyone faced similar issues?
