It's better to contact the support on the website than the social media channels especially they're the one who manage the online store. The one who told you to contact the social media yesterday is just a moderator here. Not a direct support

They should replace their staff and hire better ones. In the past, I bought 3 times already on Samsung website and I received them all well. But the courier which they used is different
