I had been spending two weeks on the phone trying to redeem my galaxy pods as a gift wirh purchase from my samsung galaxy z flip 3. Multiple agents assured me that I would receive this product and after two weeks of calling everyday I was emailed that I can not receive the promotion because of my back order situation. Very disappointed with samsung and lack of commitment to promises and promotions.
