My Flip 3 is 15 mo ths old 

When I would close it,it would shut off. Had to keep restarting it.

I did not get extened warranty 

Sent it away ,they said screen is cracked at fold.

Over 500.00 to fix

I am on disability can't afford 500.00 plus still paying for phone. 

THIS IS A MANUFACTURER DEFAULT 

I DID NOT BREAK THE PHONE

SAMSUNG SHOULD BE FIXING THE PHONE

As the device is examined by the service technician and it is a physical damage, unfortunately it will be a paid service.

I did not physically damage my phone
It is a manufacturer defect
I have read lots of comments on here. I am not the only one with this problem
