Galaxy ZI purchased flip 3 from noon Dubai UAE and when I came back India and start using it , after one week of use it start giving multiple problems eg voice not going other side , now it's switched off after folding it.
In India they denied to solve the issue as phone is purchased from Dubai , kindly advise what should I do

Galaxy ZFirst, determine whether the Dubai model is the same as the Indian model. This can be done by Googling "flip 3 samsung gsmarena" then clicking on Network. This will show different models. Hopefully Dubai and India are the same region. If not internal hardware and software may be different, meaning cell tower antenna frequencies may be different and your phone won't have the same coverage. Also you may not receive some updates because these may be limited to downloading to Indian models.
The lack of Samsung India support parallels the Australian situation. Samsung Australia will not support imported models, nor models sold by companies who are not Samsung Australia authorised retailers.
All is not lost. You are likely to find that you can join Samsung Members Indian version and get help from members in the Community forum.

Galaxy ZWhen you close the VPN your phone will revert to Indian settings, forum, Play Store, etc.
Updates it might be wise to stop updates and on, say, a weekly basis, use the VPN. Don't turn off the VPN until updating is finished.
There are other things to address but let's leave them for future posts unless something is needed.
