Occasionnaly, my telephone doesn't ring when I get a call. I then miss some calls.

Hi, please check that you may have enabled certain settings like:

Do not Disturb and Airplane mode. These can prevent you from hearing ringtones.

Your phone will not ring when someone calls from a number you've blocked or if you've turned on call forwarding.

Check for any modes that may mute the phone.

Navigate to Settings, and then tap Modes and routines. Tap Digital Wellbeing. Turn off any modes that may silence the ringtone, like Sleep or Relax.

Also, please try to Restart your device and see your issue is resolved.

If nothing else works, it's possible that an app is interfering with your ringtones.

Perform a factory reset on your phone to get everything set back to standard. Test your ringtones before you install any apps.
