Galaxy ZSo I noticed my phone screen had bubbles forming on the edge on one side of the phone after about 3 months of using it. Phone has not been dropped and I highly doubt an impact like that can even cause this issue in the first place.
Went to Samsung experience store to get it sent to assessment centre to get it repaired and just got told due to damage caused to the screen which isn't covered by warranty, I need to cough up $180 to get it repaired. They are trying to handball their defect screen protector issue which has plagued previous model and the fold model onto their consumers.
My screen is not damage so I will not accept your assessment. You need to accept it's a defect in your product or I will escalate this to ACCC.
