Galaxy ZI had that happen to me with an Galaxy S9+ A Factory Reset fixed the issue for me.
You said you tried "all the normal resets", did they include a Factory Reset?
No guarantee that it will work for you, but it did for me.

Galaxy ZI guess that you might need to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.. I'm sure that that's not something you want to do with a new device.. but
