Fold 4 and Watch 5

Is there a way to get a notification on my watch when my Fold 4 is full charge? I got a notification on my Fold when the watch is charged but can we get this on the other way?

If you go to wearable app -> watch settings -> notifications -> show phone notification on watch

choose show alert even phone in use.

See if the full charge notification shows on your watch.
