That's Samsung, depending who you ask. Last time check with staff at experience store, they say cannot replace cause batteries connected to screen. Weird so did not pursue.
Woah nice sharing! Didn't know about this. I thought Samsung is usually very discreet about sharing the battery replacement prices and often, the prices they quote don't include labour charges and this time round, the prices alr includes the labour fees.
Usually battery replacement, like screen replacement will take about 2 to 3 working days and will require phone to be factory reset prior to handing over the phone to them.
