My phone won't open 180 degrees and samsung refused the warranty on because it having a small knick on it. I think I'm kinda done with Samsung I don't think I'll purchase another phone from them.
For some reason their service has really gone Into the toilet and is a hit and miss. Take the phone to the eaton center and deal with Trish or sukhi they seem to be the only ones who can answer questions competently for some reason. Good luck. Again great phones buy after sales service is a challenge
