It ridiculous when told by customer service that the pen tip if broken cannot be replaced....have to buy another pen. Please look into the replacement for free....its just a plastic tip....if not sell it like $2 or $3. This is the least thatvSamsung can do for its customers...don't hang us dry there🤨😒🙄🙁☹
Welcome to the real world of Samsung. I'm beginning to phase out all Samsung products from my life, starting with my Samsung smart watch that is time for replacing. I think the only way for the company to really start listening and appreciating its customers is when all of us start leaving it for other brands.
