Galaxy z flip 4 ring volume issue when flip is closed

I have a galaxy flip 4. Whenever I close the phone, the ringer and notification volume decreases drastically. I don't know if there's some setting. When the phone is open, there's no issue at all.

Same issue here since 2 days did you manage to fix your issue ?

Got it fixed from samsung care as the phone was still.under warranty
