I have a problem receiving photos, with text can't download them

Just an option, as it worked on my S24 U. THE mobile data option should be on if it's off. The same thing happened to mine, but It worked..

If you are referring to MMS, then @Surohis is correct. You can only download those photos if you are connected to data (not wifi).
