Globe / samsung care+

Got my fold6 with free care+ for 1 year #samsungcare+20 days ago, been calling globe and samsung as to how do i register my phone with care+. Care + portal detects the phone as ineligible for it's products. Anybody has solution for this?

Edit: also went to samsung sm san lazaro, they don't know how because the unit does not came from their store. 

GLOBE sm san lazaro said they will email their support team. The staff also don't know why the imei is not accepted at care+ portal when registering.
