have not received refund for my flip 5 return yet!

Ok taking awhile to get this refunded back to me! So far the process has ben good! they received it on the 9th all signed for, but still no sign of a refund yet! This is my first time doing an online return with samsung canada! Does the process usually take this long?

They are very fast at charging you and very slow refunding you.

When I bought my S22 I cancelled the first order because they were slow getting the discount coupon out and was only way to get to use it was ordering again upon advice from Samsung and it was at least a couple of weeks before I was refunded, and the phone never left their facility.
