My worst experience

I bought my samsung z flip 5 last nov 25, 2024 exactly after a year it starting to show defective like when folding it showing green screen, I immediately go to samsung center to get it fix, i waited one week for that expecting my phone is gonna fix but guess what they charge me because they void the warranty they said i was denied of free of charges because they see some scratches, dent that i really dont know how it get there 😢 but totally not gonna damage the screen so i decided i gonna quit to samsung it's not good at all. Im done with it

Yung scratches alam ko sakin pero yung dent sa gilid di ko na alam parang tuldok lng ganun

Denied ako sa FOC nila kahit inilalaban ko sa warranty

Kaya nga ang sira daw nito ay flex, oo hindi na tlaga nadala na ko kay samsung
