Subject: Complaint Regarding Faulty Samsung Phone and Poor Customer Service
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Samsung phone I purchased on OCT 8TH 2024. The phone's fingerprint sensor stopped working within a month of purchase. I contacted Samsung customer support, and they advised a factory reset, which did not resolve the issue.
When I requested a refund, I was informed that the phone could not be returned because it had been opened. This is unreasonable, as it is impossible to identify a faulty product without opening it. Additionally, the power button has now stopped working, further compounding the issue.
The customer service representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, insisting that the phone could only be repaired and not replaced or refunded. This level of service is unacceptable.
I request a full refund or a replacement phone as soon as possible. I have attached copies of my purchase receipt and previous correspondence for your reference.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
