Sent my flip 5 for repair last week but the service center didn't even try to put it back. Saying there's nothing wrong with it. Like hell there's none! The rubber's poking out near the crease and it's bugging the hell out of me. It's not even a year yet. This was my very first time sending a phone to a service center and the experience is so terrible. I'm not buying flips ever again.
