Photo editor not saving

Anyone else having trouble with photo editor not saving edits? When I exit photo editor after making adjustments (contrast, highlights, shadows etc) gallery view reverts back to the original photo (except cropping, which is saved). Interestingly, opening the photo again in editor, the changes reappear (but disappear when exiting photo editor).

All software is up to date.

Sometimes the edits don't display on the thumbnail in the album, but when you open the imagine the edited version appears. That's what I'm finding.

Mine still shows original in full view. Only reverts to edited if I open in editor.

have you tried to tap on the 3 dot on top right corner and save it as a copy ,after edit how you save the pic?
