Hi
I have been using Samsung for 6 years and recently purchased Fold4 and it broke down in less then a year. Sent to Samsung for repair and 2 weeks later no answer.
I thought paying premium price for reputed company will get good service. I have to keep calling and they keep telling it no parts available to repair.
I have my own business of retail. I would have offer my customers replacement.
Really disappointed with Samsung Service.

I just got message today from Samsung.
They don't have parts or replacement product. Very Interesting as JB HiFi have stock of Fold4. Anyway Samsung said will refund me but it will take 20 to 30 days after filling forms.
I personally think that is very bad service. I am just purchasing S23 ultra 1tb.
