I baru beli samsung flip z3 on May.
I just realised since starting on monday phone i jadi panas.. sangat panas dekat bahagian atas. I do reset phone, switch to off phone regularly tapi masalah sama. Battery pun cepat habis. 
Risau akan ada masalah pada processor, hari sabtu lepas i ke Samsung Service Centre The Mines, technical staff maklum yang memang ada beberapa isu yg sama dengan certain user yg pakai model ni.
Dimaklumkan isu ni berlaku sejak update new android. 
Dia mnta i terus pakai dan tunggu smpai updated android.
Jika masalah sama, dtg semula..

Ada sapa2 alami situasi ni?

Hi there, we fully understood your issue. Here are some steps you could try to resolve this problem:

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
  3. When the green Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
  4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  5. Press Side key to select.
  6. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Side key to select.
  7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  8. Press the Side key to restart the device.

However, if the issues persist, we will encourage you send error report with log file in Support >  Send Feedback > Error report > Phone Temperature > tick send system log file.

Log file is important for our R&D department to analyse what happen to your device.
