As you can see how Consegnia - Samsung Philippines delivery works! From 3rd till 9th! Their Manila hub is in Paranaque, my shipping address is in Taguig. How far is paranaque to taguig? Like manila to japan? That long just to deliver a single phone from 3rd to 9th? Not even a single call made by Consegnia to schedule delivery!

Trusting buying pre-order with samsung philippines is such a huge mistake!!!!! Their even can't handle their delivery partner wisely. Many people already write bad reviews for Consegnia and they didnt even consider it to change? Samsung Philippines didn't prioritize customer satisfaction, their prioritize cheapest unknow with bad reviews as their delivery partner. Cheapstake Samsung Philippines!

I show you how I purchased on Samsung Thailand. The pre-order for samsung s20+ BTS Edition. Which was delivered exactly on 9th July as their promises. The very first day that the pre-order phone should be delivered!
How fast and reliable to purchase in Samsung Thailand. How ease am I as customer, receiving my order on the first day! At morning, the delivery man called me to book a schedule to make deliver. And delivery arrived safely on the afternoon.

How contrast the services that provided between SAMSUNG THAILAND AND PHILIPPINES!!!

I've the same status for the Tab S9. Let's wait and see. It did say 7-10 working days from August 3. They have till Friday next week. Still within the promised date.

3-10 Days working. But before buying, I already talk to them regarding my condition that I need to be delivered before 10 August. And they assured me that the item will be delivered and received on 3rd August. While you can see, empty promises till today.

Wait until they say they will deliver the parcel and cancel on you declaring that you rescheduled it even though you didn't. Frustrating 😡

Yeah because they still using incompetent delivery partnership Consegnia which if you google it there rating is 1. And even their contact number on website is fake. Dont choose Samsung Philippines from now on to purchase online. Unreliable. They even trusted our order with **bleep** company.

I don't think it is appropriate to post my personal details here in the open, dont you think? I did receive my parcel already but what bothers me is they attempted to deliver it 3 times and failed twice because they lack time to deliver. And your customers are waiting the whole day (I even took a leave at work) and will eventually not be delivered. What's worse is, they indicated in their tracking website that the CUSTOMER RESCHEDULED the delivery. How awesome is that! Last month (June) I ordered two phones in two different day and same thing happened twice. So imagine how many days I need to take a leave at work only to be disappointed.

Yeah. That's really annoying. At least please choose delivery partner wisely. I even opt them a store pick up, but they reject it. Said already confirmed for delivery - can't change. I don't how they communicate with each department, but their escalations is so **bleep** slow. Need to talk to their managers, things will be more a little faster.
