Samsung Pre-Order [Philippines]

I've tried several services from other countries like Samsung Indonesia and Thailand especially pre -order their smartphones. To be honest, this is my first time pre-ordering in Samsung Philippines and I really got bad experience and worst services from Samsung Philippines. Before purchasing, I contacted samsung customer services regarding delivery estimation ( I stated clearly that if I order in here, will the order be received by 18 August also) they replied, you can get the product by 3 August mam if you purchase now. Keep reconfirming about delivery. As my concern is I will not be in Philippines from 10 August onwards which I stated also my concern. Then I purchased after consulting it and reconfirm with the CS. UP until I purchased, I kept follow up and telling my concern. 
They keep telling okay. Already escalated. But till now (today 7 August) I still haven't receive any of the items. I tried calling, email and live chat with CS. Still same **bleep** answer and no solution. Keep saying escalating.

SO GUYS. DON'T EVER BUY PRE-ORDER IN SAMSUNG PHILIPPINES. NOT WORTH IT. UNPROFESSIONAL. SHABBY CS IN HANDLING CUSTOMER CONCERN. AND TO BE HONEST, I'M REGRETTING BUYING IN HERE. WHILE IF I PURCHASE IN INDOESIA OR THAILAND, I ALREADY GET THOSE.

That's sad, btw I already got mine delivered from globe and some got theirs from samsung store pre order. In my own opinion the CS did a great job, it's just that the arrival of the devices are beyond their powerso they cannot guarantee the speed of delivery. It's not their fault that you will be away for some time as the word pre order that means that they are just taking orders before getting stocks so no stocks on hand. I hope you understand.

Yeah still the worst ever experience I had. All samsung stores in other country had their Item delivered. To be honest, the slowest one I have experienced since 2015 always ordering with samsung. I never will buy pre order again with samsung philippines. Once is enough. Too much fake promises and delayed.

That might be your case but remember not all country are handled by samsung directly and some are just being handled by official distributor hence might be the reason of the delay at the same time samsung has its own priorities when it comes to what country will get the initial supply and as for our experience it has been the same that we will receive the order 5 to 10 days starting from the day of the first day of the pre order and yet that still depends in the supply and demand.

Even supply demand. It' already so **bleep** up if like Globe get the phone first. This is SAMSUNG, purchasing a samsung product also not other brand phone. Doesn't make sense and logic

Thank you. I already process a refund. And I hope this thing didn't they make it complicate also. As today they promise a delivery also, still no update and ended with empty promises and lie. This is really well noted how unprofessional samsung team in Philippines.
I already purchased again through samsung Indonesia.
