Samsung software update

How come it takes spark so long to update our Samsung phones....my last security update was November..the rest of the word has December...January and February...new Zealand still waiting on android 12...apple updates more often ...ps. hate apple..lol

Its not just samsung at fault here. NZ telcos have to apply fixes and test before they push the updates to market so its a mixture of factors

Kinda find like nz isn't big enough to justify them rolling it out to us sooner or quicker...dnt even think we get the BETA..🤔

Since I did my update last night Netflix no longer works or three on-demand nothing will play on it now how can I fix this
