Ever since I updated my device to the new One UI Update my Galaxy Device pauses and won't open any apps until I slide down the quick menu at the top. 

I have tried wiping cache partition, closing background apps, and even going so far as to factory reset my device. 

I can work around the issue by simply sliding down the quick menu at the top but this is annoying and never had to do this before. 

If anyone else has experienced a similar issue any help would be appreciated 😊 🙏
