Wife received the update on her Flip this morning! (first model) no sign of it on my current model Fold though.... Guess it's coming (eventually)

Rubbish customer service as expected from Samsung, should have never come back to them.

Yeh seriously. Not even any security patches to 11 since 1st of November.

Drop 2.5k on a phone and go 3+ months with zero updates and be the last in the world to get android 12.

Sadly, the Z Series is still in its experimental stages so even though the phones are more expensive than the S series they aren't Samsung top line.
