Screen protector replacement

Replaced my inner screen protector (fold). Came out within a day. Brought it back to the service center. Samsung says its not under warranty so I must pay for them to replace it. Told them that it's a workmanship issue if the protector comes out within a day. 
So many back and forth email with their so called management. Bottom line is... pay up to get it replaced. No guarantee that the workmanship will be in order as screen protectors are not covered by warranty. If it comes out again within a day, pay again to get it fixed.
Definitely no more fold for me. 
As a loyal Samsung user, am very disappointed with Samsung.

Ah same as mine. The replacement of screen protector was on the same day, right? As in u left ur phone with the service centre for about 1 to 2 hours and they did the installation?

Yup. I don't know if it's because of that. U know... they are rushing to do their work so never do properly

Cos mine got issue with wifi and mobile hotspot that time, so the repair took about 2 days, as mine required replacement of the inner LCD, at the same time replaced with a new screen protector (believed that come together with the LCD).


Yeah, I think they rushed on yours.

This was the same issue as mine but the issue came out a month later after they replaced the screen protector. The speaker and wifi stopped working and they said it is not related to their worksmanship on replacing the inner screen protector. Now they are charging SGD650 to fix the flex mode sensor as they said it is part of the screen. No more fold for me as well in the future.
