Snapchat issues on Galaxy Z fold 3

Just got my new galaxy Z fold 3 yesterday and by far snapchat is the worst to use. The app is keeps crashing and loading videos. Seems to be some sort of lag when I click on something in snapchat and takes ages to load. 

The issue appears on both cover and main screen. Tried installing/uninstalling the app and cleared cache as well but still no luck. 

Any response from Samsung or Snapchat wilo be great as this is the only social media app I use.

Hi @devganrishab, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please send us an error report via the Samsung Members app so that we can investigate this further. 

To do so:

Samsung Members > Get Help > Error Report > Applications > describe issue and frequency > Tick 'send log data' > send

We recommend sending error reports within 2-3 mins of an issue occurring to maximise the likelihood of the log data catching any potential issues.

I have sent the log report the same day but the issue still persist.
