Galaxy ZHi, symmie! I can understand how inconvenient this must be. Since restarting and updating the software haven’t resolved the issue, it might be helpful to visit a nearby service center to have your device diagnosed and repaired.
You can find the nearest service center to you here: http://smsng.co/SCLocator-SM 📍
📱 We also made it easy for you to book your appointment! You may do so directly from the Support tab on your Samsung Members app.
🛵 If you're from Metro Manila and cannot find the time to personally visit a service center, you can have it picked up*!
To book your pickup, you may call the following numbers:
#GALAXY or #425299 [Mobile Phones & Tablets]
1-800-10-7267864 [All Product, Toll Free, PLDT]
1-800-8-7267864 [All Product, Toll Free, Globe]
84222111 [All Product, Landline]
*Galaxy pickup is free ONLY for flagship devices. Service fee applies to other models and varies per service center.

Soon later the fold screen stopped turning or. It turned completely black with no response even when restarted. Please help me find a solution for this

Galaxy ZHey there, Ibri1 and loyuechung! I totally understand how frustrating that can be. 😕 How about trying out Samsung Members Diagnostics? It’s a great tool to help check for any issues with your phone, like Wi-Fi, display, or system performance. Here’s how to use it:
- Open the Samsung Members app.
- Tap the ‘Support’ tab.
- Select ‘Diagnostics’ and choose the tests you’d like to run.
It’s a quick way to see if there’s anything affecting your phone’s performance. If the diagnostic doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d recommend reaching out to an authorized Samsung service center for further assistance.
