WiFi, Bluetooth, hot-spot not turning on

Hi there

My Galaxy Z Fold 4's WiFi, Bluetooth and hot spot is not turning on. When I try to turn it on, a light blue shaded box appears but does not turn on. I have restarted it multiple times but still has not worked. Have also reset WiFi /Bluetooth set to no avail. 

Please advise how to fix it? Thanks

Hate to say it have you checked your phone isn't in Airplane Mode

How much pain would it be to do a factory reset if all else fails
