But have you already put the music / video apps to not be closed by the system ??? otherwise, go to settings> device support> battery> background usage limits> apps never suspended> and put the music / video apps you usually listen to in the background. As a result, the system should no longer interpret that these applications are in the background when closing Galaxy z.
