Samsung may launch Z Flip2 together with Z Fold3 in Q3 every year, starting next year according to display analyst Ross Young when mentioned about Z Flip2. Seems like they will move and launch the Z series line of foldable phones simultaneously in August/September instead of Z Flip in Q1 and Z Fold in Q3.
