Z Fold3 trouble

I am getting a message saying security policy prevents use of camera.

Also, screen won't rotate when I turn phone.

Plus, when I unfold the large screen has stopped working g

I've been on chats and pho e to samsung for two days. Anyone here got any ideas?

For each line of your message try googling on the topic adding "Samsung". For the third line also add Z-fold

Goto Settings -> "Biometrics and security" -> "Other security settings" -> "Device admin apps" you can see which apps may be blocking the use of the camera

Yup, done this and there is nothing

Swipe down to notification panel and Check if 'sensors off' button is toggled on

Youre a legend!! I'd love to know why samsung support couldn't help me with this foe the last three days haha!! That did it. Big screen now works amd so does camera
