Hello,

 there was a small bunch of dead rainbow style pixels in middle of my phone. 

Tried , safe mode, reset but didn't fix the issue. Do anyone know what that ? And what should i do ? And how much it cost ?

Those are dead/stuck pixels. You need to get it service by Samsung or a repair centre.

Hopefully you have samsung care+. Call it in for service
