Recently I dropped my ZFlip onto a very hard floor. At first everything seemed okay as the phone still worked. After about a week, each time I opened the phone, the lower flex panel went into white flashing mode. I pressed the sidekey to turn it off.
I spoke with Samsung Members Concierge Service by phone. They recommended City Phones at 231 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne CBD. They are a Samsung authorised service centre.
The screen was replaced, and for the fee they also gave me a new battery. Sweet.
It's been around two weeks since then. All working well. Thanks City Phones and Samsung Members. I did my 5star review on Google Maps.
