After the June 2025 Security Update, my splitscreen has stopped functioning correctly. When I touch an icon, the screen goes black and phone turns off. Then it reboots after a few minutes. The home screen functions ok. There have also been some issues with the Bluetooth. Samsung community in Europe have many users of Folds and Flips reporting the same issues. The update seems to effect splitscreens. No solution yet.

Could try:
1. Wipe cache partition (Power off > Hold Volume Up + Power > Recovery mode > Wipe cache partition)
2. Boot in Safe Mode to check for third-party app conflicts
3. Submit an Error Report via Members > Support > Quick Help (to flag it to devs)
In rare cases, it might be a flex cable fault (seen on some Fold 3 and 4 units). If it keeps happening, visit your nearest Samsung Service Centre for assistance:

Yes, I have submitted an error report. Wiping cache doesn't work. As it's also happening to Fold 5s , I'm hoping Samsung will remedy with new update.
