I wanted to update my Genshin Impact in the Galaxy Store but after updating it just says error. Other recent reviews says the same thing that the update does not finish and only result into an error.
For me, uninstall your genshin impact from galaxy store and install it again from google play and don't ever update any games you install from play store to galaxy store it will only downgrade the app causing some bugs, errors or worst is deletion of your account, this happen to me last time and the good thing is i bound my account to google so in case of accident deletion of account u can still recover it.
I already updated it gladly it was fixed and I think Genshin cannot be updated from the Galaxy Store when you downloaded it from the Google Playstore and vice versa. I already have tried it in the past and it only does download two different Genshin apps on my device both working properly though its app update is based on where you've downloaded it. I did not need to uninstall the game as it was too bothersome for me though thank you for your suggestion!
