Gaming HubHi JeffBulloch01,
To utilize it effectively after setup. Here’s a quick rundown:
Accessing Your Files in Secure Folder. Once you've moved files, pictures, or apps to the Secure Folder, they are only accessible through the Secure Folder app. Open Secure Folder from your app drawer, enter your PIN, password, or biometric authentication, and you’ll see your files and apps stored securely.
Moving Files into Secure Folder To add files, open the Secure Folder and tap the + Add Files or + Add Apps button. Select the files or apps you want to protect, and they will move into the folder. Files like photos or documents will no longer appear in the regular gallery or file manager.
Using Apps Inside Secure Folder. Apps inside the Secure Folder operate as a completely separate instance. For example, if you add the Gallery app, it will only show the photos stored in the Secure Folder, not your main gallery.
Sharing or Exporting Files. If you want to move something out of Secure Folder, select the file, tap the More menu, and choose Move out of Secure Folder. It will return to your main storage. Backup and Restore.
You can back up your Secure Folder data to your Samsung account and restore it later on the same or another Samsung device. Go to Secure Folder > Settings > Backup and Restore. Make sure your Samsung account is linked.
Customizing Secure Folder. You can rename, change the icon, or hide Secure Folder from the app drawer for even more privacy. Go to Secure Folder > Settings to customize its appearance.
We hope this helps!
Thank you Day_Walker for providing the information.
