Well, yes, I have noticed that while playing ml but in my case I can still switch on the High Frame Rate mode in ml Settings.

what unit is you phone?

I'm using Samsung Galaxy A70 yet I'm not satisfied on how it dealt with games like ml because sometimes it lagged even when I have only few apps installed in my phone. But it only occurred sometimes but yes, it is still a problem to be solved.
