Every since the upgrade of UI, MLBB keeps freezing and disconnecting.

Best to wait for a software update for MLBB, it is possible it is experiencing such as it may not be optimized for the newer One UI update.

Or if no software updates are available yet, try rebooting the device and clearing out the memory as well as closing out other apps that are not in use when playing as Mobile Legends is becoming quite a demanding game for graphics compared to before.

MLBB keeps on updating since they have multiple events yet no difference.

Did all the rebooting, clearing, and only MLBB is open while playing yet still no difference.

This is the same for me as well. All we can do now is wait for them to make an update.

if that's the case, it's possible that MLBB isn't compatible with the current OS version of your phone.

If the phone is operational on it's own (disregarding MLBB at the moment) then it is safe to assume it is a compatibility issue.

Also, the updates on MLBB don't specify what the updates are for other than the events, so best to check with their support team for any fixes on such.

The last resort you can probably do is to simply uninstall/reinstall MLBB if that doesn't fix the issue, then you're gonna have to raise the concern to MLBB's support team regarding the compatibility/performance of your device that is running the latest firmware.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Reset your device.
 
Step 5. Also check the MLBB for available update. Download and install.
 

You can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
