Samsung a31 issue

Ayaw mag multi touch ang samsung a31 ko kapag naglalaro ako nang ML or COD mobile, bigla nalang hihinto yung character at ayaw na mapindot. Pano po ba to ayosin?

Na factory reset ko na po then nag download ulit ako nang Game app. Same padin po. Pero try ko lang po ang safe mode. Thank po Godbless.

Try mo po magmulti touch test.
Download mo lang device info sa playstore (yung blue logo)
Then after open mo yung app, swipe mo langgang sa dulo, then makikita mo yung multitouch test.
