It seems that XBox Game Pass (specifically the XCloud) app is not available here in PH. Only those who owns the console can connect.

Unfortunately XBox app is regional. So if you want to use it, you'll need a VPN to have it work.

its not available here since in the PH has less console gamers than other countries so Microsoft make it unavailable here
