Removing glass is an extremely difficult operation. Two opposing short screwdrivers are need to mash in clips under glass & pushing up on lid to free glass cover. This should be an easy operation for most households. also two additional clips need to be removed to separate glass from from housing. Samsung should reengineer this operation.
