No update on my order and terrible experience for getting delivery timeframe

I have have a TV during Black friday sale and expeting to deliver on 9th Dec and since then they have changed the date multiple time. 

No update on delivery timeframe .. customer service people are useless and do not have any update on the order . Now there are advising to cancel the order after waiting for so long and get from retailers , i have locked teh price when TV was on special and can not afford the non discounted price.

unexpected Terrible experience from a well know company
