I am having an issue. I requested return of smashed- delivered fridge online on March 2022 and still in June 2022, the product hasn't been picked up. I lived without the fridge for 2 months and then bought a new one directly from store this time. But the smashed fridge is yet to be picked up, and refund yet nothing. Never felt so helpless.

I am also having terrible service from Samsung Australia. Being waiting since April for my washing machine to be collected. Had two bookings to collect it but no one ever shows up, apparently the logistics team are going to call me. I have now realised that there is no such thing as a logistics team and Samsung does not care about their Australian customers
