Owned 9.5kg washer, stopped draining after 2 months, called customer support, week later still no finalised. Extremely frustrating, very poor customer service
Once your patience has been exhausted contact your State consumer affairs body. When submitting a case you will need to include information on your efforts to get a response.
Also, if it stopped draining it could just be a filter block.Google quoting model number. Your manual should also show how to clear the drain. Some clearances are simple (like coin), some require more effort. If no manual you can get a pdf copy by Googling.
