I bought S95C last month. The remote controller doesn’t work well- response is very slow, sometime I have to reboot a few times. I searched on internet and found this is a well-known issue. I tried many fixes, reboot, repair, update TV OS. The problem remains.
i contact the service center. They told me there is no stock, and it will cost me 63 dollars!!!! When a new Samsung remote on Amazon is only about 25 dollars!
