I went against bad comments on Internet and purchased a Samsung Microwave, costs around $250USD.
Broke down in 18 months, buttons and display failure. As the start cook button is also down, total waste scenario.
Service centre quoted repair cost is more than half of the price of a new machine, so no point repair it.
The average life of Microwave is 7 years. Lesson learnt here.
Do not buy Samsung Microwave.

After some research, it seems like the older brands such as Panasonic and Toshiba are a lot more reliable.

250 was relatively affordable to learn a mistake.
Be thankful that it did not start a bonfire in your home.
