our Samsung WD75M bubble wash makes a terrible clanging noise when it goes into the spin cycle. Doesn’t sound normal and when reading the ‘fixes’ by Samsung ie levelling etc - all done. See video taken of the back of the drum when I shake it. Is this normal? Any others with this problem please?
